System Requirements

The Linux command line version of PASSaGE 2 is developed for intel/i386 based computers running any version of the Linux operating system. We recommend a computer with at least 256 MB of RAM, 50 MB hard disk space, and a mid-level Pentium processor or equivalent. For analysis of large datasets, faster processors and more physical memory will be required for efficient computation.
